Compared to our normal Diploma in Sound Production, which is for producing organic bands, this Electro course doubles up on the recording software. While the other guys are the big studio spending hours to get a full band mic'd up and sounding good, you instantly get a professional, amazing sound from the software instrument, so you can jump straight into creative choices. If you show up and participate, you will finish with radio-ready polished tracks for sale in the market. We teach you to sell your music online everywhere globally, get your Soundcloud and Facebook together, advertise on Facebook cheaply. Plus you will take it to the stage using Ableton Push controllers and CDJs. OH MY GOD the price is insanely low! You will become fluent running a recording studio with large mixing console and outboard gear, you'll master mastering, get way more advanced at composition and songwriting, both in terms quantity and quality, and Eric Chapus will teaching you how to do an amazing live set that earns good money. DAMIEN GOUNDRIE - Southlight, Mystery Blonde
Certified Ableton Trainer Damien Goundrie started his career DJ'ing in the early 90's, releasing his first track in 1994. He coordinated and taught on SAE's electronica music production course for 6 years before jumping ship to work on Sydney TAFE Music's Diploma of Sound Production (Electronic Music). He produces music under the names Southlight, Mystery Blonde, and Reel Sessions, which have all received critical and commercial success. Damien is co owner of Sydney label, Glass Wax Records. He recently had a hit with Southlight's "You + I" featuring Nathan Mahon.
THOMAS MARLAND - Panama, The Nights
Thomas is a graduate of the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, specialising in composition. He was a multi-instrumentalist for international touring act 'Panama' (www.wearepanamatheband.com). playing guitar and synths. He also sets up, monitors and manipulates Ableton Live sets for live shows and was a producer in Sydney electronica trio, "The Nights".
